This privacy policy applies between yourself, the User/Client/Customer and The Cam Den Pilates Studio.

The Cam Den Pilates Studio takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you through our website, telephone line, social media platforms and our management software providers ‘Mind Body’ in relation to you becoming a Member/Client and using a service we provide.

​This privacy policy should be read alongside, and in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Data - collectively all information that you submit to The Cam Den Pilates Studio.  directly or via the Website - ( www.thecamdenpilates.co.uk ). This definition incorporates, where applicable, the definitions provided in the Data Protection Laws of England;

 Cookies - a small text file placed on your computer by the above Website when you visit certain parts of the Website and/or when you use certain features of the Website. Details of the cookies used by our Website are set out in the paragraphs below;

The Cam Den Pilates Studio is fully committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).                                                                                                                  The GDPR applies to all organisations and sole traders that process data relating to their employees, as well as to others including customers, contractors and clients/members.   • publicise and abide by individuals’ right to appeal or complain to the supervisory authority (the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)) in the event that agreement cannot be reached in a dispute regarding data protection

  • ensure that personal information is not shared or transferred abroad without prior written consent.

The Cam Den Pilates Studio will ensure that:

  • personal data is kept securely

  • personal information is not disclosed either orally or in writing or via Web pages or by any other means, accidentally or otherwise, to any unauthorised third party.
