Our Teachers

Natalie

Movement specialist, with some 25 years of experience.

Level 3 Body Control Pilates Teacher.

As a teacher/ trainer, I’m passionate about understanding the process & techniques of movement with ease and sharing this knowledge with my participants. This ethos was compounded by studying with Body Control Pilates.

My classes will leave participants feeling energised and ready to move through all day-to-day activities. My classes flow, are well-balanced, and focus on ensuring that you use your whole body through every plane of movement – even the transitions are exercises themselves within classical matwork.

In each class, something new is learnt to take away and regular attendees will have techniques reinforced.

Hugh

Hugh has been practicing and teaching Pilates for more than 10 years working with clients of all ages, fitness levels & abilities. He is qualified to teach both mat and reformer Pilates and Hugh’s classes emphasise flow, with a focus on the breath and ease of movement. He believes that this leads to a more integrated use of the body, improving both strength and flexibility. Hugh combines class-based teaching with working with older people, pre- and post-natal women and sports men and women.
